PE​BREAK

-This game is played on a full basketball court with even teams which each start by standing or sitting on opposing sidelines. 

-At the beginning, both basketballs are placed at mid-court, either on top of a cone or a stand, or sitting on the ground.

-Each player on the team is given a number starting with one and going as large as there are people on the team. 

-The coach will initiate the start of the game by yelling out a number or multiple numbers.

-Whichever player's number was called (from both teams), they must jump up and run out to grab one of the balls and take it down to their end of the court to score it BEFORE the other team scores at the opposite end.  

-Whichever team scores their ball in their hoop first wins a point for their team, and they all go back and sit down on their sideline.

-If multiple numbers are called then players can work together and one can run to grab the ball and then pass it to another teammate who is closer to the basket for a quicker score.  

-Students are not allowed to go to the other team's ball and knock it away or kick it away.  They are only allowed to touch their own team's ball. 

-If both teams score their ball at the exact same time, then both teams get a point for that round.  

-The game can either be played to a certain number of points or for a designated time period.
