-Even/parallel bars
Rules of the Game
- Players will start the game on opposite ends of the parallel bars. The players must start the game with both their feet on the ground
and with one hand on each of the bars.
- To start the game, one player will say, "Ready, set, go!". After the first game has been played, the new player entering the game will
be the one who says, "Ready, set, go!".
- When the game begins, the players will jump up over the bar to their right. They will be using their arms to help them clear the bar.
- Once the bar has been cleared, the player will run to the other end of the bars. They will then line up in-between the two bars so they
can jump again over the bar to their right. They will continue this repetitive pattern of movement until the game ends.
- The game is won when a player is able to touch the opposing player's hand or wrist as the opposing player attempts to jump over the
bar. This is done by running and jumping faster than their opponent so they are able to be in a position to touch their hand or wrist.
- There will be a 15 second break in-between games so the player who just won, may catch his/her breath.
